Nomadic women have unique expertise in goat leather work and felt weaving. However, lack of access to urban markets limited their income.
The CSH introduces ecological tanning processes using local acacia bark without chrome or harmful chemicals, preserving the environment and the health of the artisans.
The creations (bags, traditional 'Wassada' cushions, rugs) are sold via a fair trade channel guaranteed by the CSH, providing stable income for families.
